By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form part of the Agreement between you, the Customer, and FIIJU Ltd.

• "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", and "Us" refer to FIIJU Ltd.

General Terms

• These Terms apply to the offer, acceptance, and payment required to facilitate transactions between you and FIIJU Ltd.

• Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by these Terms and Conditions.

Export Terms

For Customers exporting goods outside the UK, the following terms apply:

1. Minimum Export Spend: £150.

2. VAT Exemption:

   • A reputable shipper must collect goods.

   • The shipper must provide:

     • A Collection Note and Bill of Lading for air freight, or

     • A Shipment Certificate for sea freight.

3. Payment Methods:

   • We accept cash, bank transfers, and debit cards only.

   • Bank Transfer Policy: Funds must be cleared in our account before goods can be released.

4. Non-Accepted Payment Methods:

   • UK credit cards.

   • International debit or credit cards.

   • Cheques.

5. Collection Deadline:

   • The shipper must collect goods within two weeks of purchase.

6. Full Payment Requirement:

   • Payment in full must be received by FIIJU Ltd. before releasing goods to the Freight Agent.
